Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing Our Service.

Interpretation:

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions:

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

• "Company" (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Soul Stirrer Limited, UK Company with registered number: 14006211, whose registered address is Unit 3B Gloucester House, 45 Gloucester Street, Brighton, BN1 4EW, UNITED KINGDOM, authorized by founder Simeon Gunn ([email protected])
• "Client" refers to You as a purchaser of the Service
• "Market" refers to locations where the Company operates
• "Service" refers to the Company’s events
• "Event" is a unique organized event by the Company for the Client
• "Terms and Conditions" (also referred as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
• "Website" refers to www.soulstirrer.co.uk
• "You" means the individual purchasing the Service

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

By accepting this Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that the payment will be done in either one of below parts:

• Paying the non-refundable booking fee of £50 at the time of booking. Two weeks before the event our payment system will charge your credit/debit card automatically for the remaining balance.
• Paying the whole amount of the chosen event through our payment gateway at the time of booking.
• Paying the non-refundable booking fee of ￡50 over manualy raised invoice, acknowledging that the remaining balance will be paid two weeks before the event on a separate invoice delivered to you.
• Paying the whole amount of the chosen event through a manually raised invoice at the time of booking.

Should any of the above agreed amounts are not paid as stated in this agreement, the Supplier will consider this as cancellation and no refund will be due.

You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.

You acknowledge that you must cooperate with the Company in all matters relating to the Service. You will provide the Company with access to Event’s premises, data and other facilities as reasonably required by the Company for the purposes of performing the Service

You will provide access, materials or information that is reasonably required by the Company in a timely manner and you will maintain a good etiquette when attending the Event and so to your guests.

If the Company’s performance of its obligations under this Terms is prevented or delayed by any act of the Client, (or the Client’s guests), the Company shall:

• not be liable to the Client for this prevention or cancellation
• be entitled to payment of the charges despite any such prevention or delay
• be entitled to recover any additional costs, charges, or losses the Company sustains due to such prevention or delay

The Company operates in Brighton, U.K. The main Market is the South East but the Company can run events all over the U.K., subject to event type.

I consent that the Company will take photographs and/or video recordings of and during the Event, including the attendees, for the sole purposes of internally and externally promoting the Company. These images could be used in any media (existing or later created or made available) including print and digital media formats such as print publications, prospectuses, brochures, websites, e-marketing, posters, banners, advertising, film, social media, teaching and research purposes.

I understand that images on websites can be viewed throughout the world and not just in the United Kingdom.

I understand that some images or recordings may be kept permanently once they are published and be kept as an archive of the Company.

I agree that:

• I will not be paid a fee in respect of any use made of the photograph(s) and/or video recording(s) but have the opportunity of being involved in promoting the Company in the manner set out above;
• Copyright in the image(s) and/or video recordings will be retained by the Company; and
• The Company shall have the right to edit, modify, crop, add to or subtract from the photographs and/or video recordings at its entire discretion and without my approval.

I have read, understood and agreed the conditions and consent to my images and or video recordings being used as described.

Your low deposit is non-refundable, however if you need to cancel the event, you must do so 14 days before the event takes place to avoid incurring further costs.

We may terminate your Event immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

By continuing to the next step and pay for Our Service, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please inform us.
