Sopro is Brighton based global tech business, employing 300 people in its UK, US and European offices. This fast growing company were looking to celebrate the opening of their new office in central Brighton and commissioned Soul Stirrer to bring the event to life.

The Challenge
Create a Sopro branded cocktail menu that reflects the Sopro culture, personality, style and soul.
Install a sleek on site bar area, on a here today, gone tomorrow basis, at their high profile office launch event. Make and shake over 1,000 alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails for staff and guests.
Our approach
Sopro’s brand guidelines are over 30 pages long. We digested them at our lab, then created a menu of on-brand drinks mixed with high quality ingredients, refining each to ensure the bar team could make and serve 3 cocktails a minute when needed.
