MediaSense Cocktail Masterclass

The Challenge

Our mission was to host a cocktail masterclass for their team of 30. As always, the cocktails were created on the back of a client brief; MediaSense wanted a set of original cocktails to fit all palates. We created a long list of liquid candidates. Three were chosen by the organisers and the fourth (the Spicy Aperol Fizz) was selected after a team vote.

Our approach

We greeted the team with a handmade Sixth Sense composed of sweet vermouth, honey syrup, ginger syrup and lemon finished with a prosecco top and a branded stirrer.

After a session intro from our mixologists, the team made three contrasting cocktails. The Spicy Aperol Fizz had Aperol, Cocchi vermouth, grapefruit, lime, sugar and ginger ale. Digital Miracle was made with rum, cherry brandy, orange, a dash of Angostura bitters and lime juice. The team finished the Masterclass, by making a twist on an espresso martini; the MediaSense Martini had vodka, Kahlua, coffee and vanilla.
