First class experience from Soul Stirrer! Simeon was great through out and worked with me to co-ordinate a real personalised service for the client we provided a bar to. He worked hard on sharing ideas on how he can not only provide a cocktail bar service, but also personalise to each client, using colours, stencils, sugar paper logos, personalised menus & cocktail names! Would definitely recommend.

The Challenge
Create 4 taste busting cocktails for career foodies, that would make them smile whilst they were creating and drinking them.
Our approach
We greeted the team with a vodka, lemon and prosecco “Jelly Bean”, saving them the work of picking and melting strawberry, raspberry & cinnamon jelly beans into a gorgeous syrup.
The “Creative crush” was a delicious lychee and basil mojito, followed by an Aperol and gin “Foam service” with a foam made from orange curacao liquer and aquafaba (chick pea water). The final challenge for the team was to make a “Nutty Bean” espresso martini feel with a home-made pistachio syrup.
