The Challenge

Help the team celebrate Christmas by teaching them to make three unique cocktails, before providing a bar service.

 

Our approach

The Masterclass began with “Santa’s Sleigh”, a gorgeous strawberry, elderflower prosecco and lime drink garnished with a candy cane and a strawberry. “Pear Tree”, was a twist on the classic Pear Tree by switching the flavours of elderflower with ginger and adding a pear puree to rum, bitters, mint, lime and ginger ale. We ended with a “Gingerbread Martini” made of vodka, kahlua, gingerbread syrup and coffee.
