The Challenge

For the Fleurs de Villes event, English Heritage wanted to enhance the experience for their guests by providing a unique and refreshing cocktail service. The challenge was to create a menu that reflected the beauty and elegance of the floral arrangements, while also providing a sophisticated and enjoyable drinking experience.

Our approach

To align with the floral theme of the event, we crafted two signature cocktails that embodied the essence of flowers and fresh, vibrant Flavors:

Blossom Boulevard: This cocktail was a delightful mix of gin, elderflower, peach, lemon, sugar, and soda water. The light and refreshing profile of the drink made it an ideal choice for guests to enjoy while admiring the floral displays.

Floral Fête: A more adventurous blend, this cocktail featured tequila, passionfruit syrup, grapefruit, and agave nectar. The bold Flavors of passionfruit and grapefruit were balanced by the sweetness of agave, creating a vibrant and invigorating drink that resonated with the lively spirit of the event.
