The Challenge
Create four fun cocktails that the team could learn to make on Bermuda Day, including one named in honour of their Bermuda based HQ.
Our approach
We began the session by greeting the team with a hand made “Field of dreams”; a refreshing starter cocktail made with lychee, elderflower, lime, prosecco that came with a slice of lemon and branded stirrer. The team then set to work making “Gin Bankment” with gin, green chartreuse, sugar, lime, cucumber puree and dressed with a cucumber slice. That was followed by “Wyvern martini” with vodka, Passoa, orange juice, mango puree and a rather fetching edible Butterfield logo. We finished with the “Bermudan storm” made of pineapple, lime, ginger ale and Gossling’s Bermuda black rum float, and garnished with a Bermuda flag and sliver of lime.
