The Challenge
ii Incubator asked us to make a blend of long, strong, short, and refreshing cocktails to seamlessly align with their Christmas theme. They also wanted to incorporate festive winter garnishes and some sort of homage to classic cocktails.
Our approach
The 'Mulled Negroni' set the tone with a winter inspired combination of orange, cinnamon, Gin, Campari, and Mulled Vermouth. Following that, the 'Winter Picante' brought a spicy kick with apple, chili, Tequila, Agave, Apple, Lime, and Chili. The journey continued with the 'Marshmallow Martini,' where toasted marshmallow met Rum, Chocolate Liqueur, Marshmallow Syrup, and Creme De Cacao . We Closed with a classic. The 'Moscow Mule' had an edible leaf and a sprinkle of icing sugar for a wintery touch.
